About

MSc Astrophysics

I am a 23 y/o Norwegian student currently enrolled in the Astrophysics Master's programme at the University of Oslo. My academic interests are mostly in cosmology and theoretical physics. For my thesis, I am studying vector perturbations for cosmological models assuming elastic coupling in the dark sector using CLASS.

The coupling is velocity-dependent, acting like a drag force between the dark matter and dark energy fluids proportional to their relative four-velocity.

$$\nabla_\mu T^{\mu\nu}_\text{dm} = \bar{\alpha}(u^\nu_\text{de}-u^\nu_\text{dm}) = -\nabla_\mu T^{\mu\nu}_\text{de}$$
